Consulting Services to Evaluate Individual Consultant Proposals

- The Government of Côte d’Ivoire (“Government” or “GoCI”) has received a grant funding from the Millennium Challenge Corporation (“MCC”), called a Compact, and intends to apply parts of the proceeds of the funds to payments for contracts for goods, works and services. MCC is a U.S. government agency focused on assisting countries dedicated to good governance, economic freedom, and investments in people.
- The program would include the procurement of contractors and consultants for the design, construction and supervision of schools and road rehabilitation works, including a variety of technical services, equipment and construction works in the regions of Abidjan, Bouaké and San Pedro. These contracts will be awarded through open international procurement procedures.
- Independent review panels will be established for the selection process. The GOCI is seeking interest from qualified individual consultants to evaluate other individual consultants applying for the recruitment of a Consultant to develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan required for the Compact of Côte d’Ivoire.
- The CNPC-MCC now invites qualified and experienced individual consultants to provide the consultancy services as detailed below. Please note that interests from companies/firms shall not be considered. Individual consultants are not allowed to associate with other individual consultants or firms for this assignment.
- The area involved for this individual consultant recruitments required is: Environmental and Social Performance and Gender and Social Inclusion Services.
- The contract is expected to start on February 13, 2018. Consultants should assume that the evaluation work will require about one (1) week for the service required.
- For this position, we may hire one individual consultant under the Individual Consultants method; the evaluation procedure for which is described in sections of the RCQ in accordance with “MCC Program Procurement Guidelines” which are provided on the MCC website (wwwmcc.gov/pgg).
